If you are interested but not sure whether Purchase Local AZ is right for you, please submit the form with as much information as you feel comfortable sharing to indicate your interest. A Purchase Local AZ partner will follow up with you within two weeks of submission. Eligible products include food produced in Arizona or within 400 miles of distribution to an underserved Arizona community.
