Purchase Local Arizona (PLAZ) is a local food purchasing program administered by Pinnacle Prevention and the Arizona Department of Economic Security. The program is funded by USDA’s Local Food Purchase Assistance Cooperative Agreement Program (LFPA). The Goals of PLAZ are:

STEP 1: Read the Frequently Asked Questions document to learn about the program and the application process.

STEP 2: Download and complete the Proposed Budget and Partnership form to the right. this form is provided for you to access, and complete before the application form opens on October 1st. Rename and save a working copy on your desktop or device.

STEP 3: Fill out the PLAZ Application using the link to the right. The online application form will be active on October 1st 2024 and applicants may submit project proposals until midnight on October 31st. The application form takes about 15 minutes to complete and will require you to upload your completed project's Budget and Partnership form, from step 2, above.
